Veg Biryani / Vegetable Biryani Inwards Pressure Level Cooker

I am a non bad fan of Biryani too i promise everyone loves biryani. vegetable biryani Is a process for vegetarians.This is an exotic agency to include all the veggies inwards our diet. 4             Cloves
4             Cardamom
1(250g)    Large onion(sliced)
3             Green chilies
1 tbsp      Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp     Turmeric powder
1 tsp        Garam masala powder
2 tsp        Coriander powder
1 tbsp      Chili pulverization (you tin accommodate according to your spice level)
1(150g)    Tomato(sliced)
1/2 loving cup     Curd
coriander too mint leaves
any vegetables of your alternative ( I take away maintain used)
3 carrots
12 beans
1/4 cauliflower
1 potato
1/4 loving cup Green peas

Cooking Method


Step 1) Melt two tbsp Ghee/ Clarified Butter to enrich the gustation .You tin aslo purpose regular cooking oil.Add the whole spices cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, cloves too later a infinitesimal add together 1 sliced onion(250g) , add together required tabular array salt too saute until the onions are golden brown.
 
 
Step 2) Once the onions are squeamish too dark-brown add together three greenish chilies too 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic glue too saute until the raw odour is gone.
Then add together the masalas turmeric pulverization ,garam masala powder, coriander powder, chili pulverization too mix 1 time endure careful produce non burn downward the masalas
 
 
Step 3) Then add together 1 tomato plant (150g) too fix until everything turns into a paste.we dont desire whatsoever tomato plant chunks inwards our veg biryani
 
Step 4) Add the vegetable (i take away maintain taken carrots, beans, Cauliflower, Potatoes, Green Peas) y’all tin add any vegetables y’all like. mix the veggies good amongst the tomato plant glue too thence add together curd / yogurt. If y’all dont similar to add together curd thence add together two tbsp of lemon juice to it

 

Step 5) Now add together H2O (for two cups of basmati rice nosotros bespeak three cups of water) usually for cooking rice nosotros add together 1:2 ratio of rice:water, but since nosotros take away maintain already soaked the basmati rice for thirty minutes three cups volition endure enough) .Add about coriander too about mint leaves
